Most WYSIWYG editors are generally meh though, I do use Dreamweaver but I use it for the preview option, so I still do the code from scratch. Adobe I do know offered up the CS2 suite for free a while back, dunno if they're still doing it or not, but worth a look.

Also was totally unaware that Adobe has a site building program! I have a CC subscription, I’ll do more research on it and see what it can do :3
